Andy has over fifteen years of project management experience, delivering business benefits to utility organisations across the globe and manufacturing and construction companies in the UK. Most recently he has worked as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager, supporting other project managers and mentoring junior team members. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to project management, which has allowed him to deliver high-profile, complex projects to time, cost and quality constraints.

With an extensive background in the Education sector, Martyn has recently been promoted to the role of CEO at the Ninestiles Academy Trust.  His personal ethos resonates with that of the FMAT.  He also understands the context of a parent, having seen both his children graduate from Fairfax to Oxford University.

Laura is a Legal Director in the Corporate Department. Pank is currently Principal at George Salter Academy in West Bromwich.  Prior to this appointment he carried out the roles of Regional Schools Commissioner for the West Midlands and was Headteacher at Wood Green Academy in Wednesbury.  Earlier in his career he also served as a Deputy Headteacher at two inner city schools and as a National Leader of Education.

NICHOLAS ROBSON

He holds a first-class degree from the University of Durham and a PGCE from Oxford University.
