As Senior School Improvement Advisor, Mark works across all sites within the Trust.  He is responsible for evaluating the quality of provision and standards in each Academy.

John Fitzgerald

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, John is responsible for overseeing all non-educational functions across the Trust including Estates, HR, IT and Finance. With an expertise in Finance, John oversees the Central Office and Academies budgets, ensuring compliance with the Financial Handbook and EFA regulations.

As the Chief Operating Officer, John is responsible for overseeing all non-educational functions across the Trust including Estates, HR, IT and Finance. Danielle joined the Central Office Team in September 2016 as HR Director.  Her wealth of experience has been paramount in developing and delivering people management strategies in order to support the Trusts overall strategic aims and objectives.

Rob is the Information and Systems Manager.  His role involves developing clear processes and systems to manage, analyse and report on key performance information for a wide range of audiences, including the Board of Directors.

Communication is key to the role of PA to the CEO.  Simone supports Chris in his day to day activities, whilst managing his diary, co-ordinating all meetings, events and travel. Working alongside Keeley, she ensures that the Trust’s ethos and vision is conveyed whilst continually maintaining and raising the profile of the Trust.

Andy previously worked at Erdington Academy (formally known as Kingsbury School and Sports College) as Premises Manager.

Since being appointed as Trust Estate and Facilities Manager along with Broan Fox, his area of responsibilities within the Trust include H&S, Caretaking staff, Grounds Staff, and overseeing various contracts.
